Contract

This contract commences when a job advertisement or personal profile is placed on our website. If you place a job advertisement that contains more than one role of employment, jobs-new-media.co.uk reserved the right to split that advert into separate ads. We also reserve the right to edit or remove data that is not relevant to this website or breaches this agreement without notification.

Termination

You, the job seeker or job advertiser may terminate your registration at any point. To do so you must email info@jobs-new-media.co.uk providing your username and password as proof of registration and clearly request cancellation and we will honour your cancellation as soon as possible.

If you the job seeker or job advertiser breaches any part of this contract, Jobs-new-media.co.uk reserves the right to end your registration.

Warranty

You, the job seeker or job advertiser warrants that:

• You have consent to advertise with the information that you provide, that your advert complies with all legal statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Your advert is honest and truthful in content to the best of your knowledge.
• Your are not infringing any copyright regulations and the information your provide is not libellous, defamatory, blasphemous or will cause serious offence to the detriment of the reputation of jobs-new-media.co.uk.
• Your advert does not discriminate against race, sex, age, religion or belief and does not contain the use of indecent language or materials.
• The information you provide is relevant to the subject matter of this website.

Responsibilities

jobs-new-media.co.uk will not be held responsible for...

• ...accuracy within the copy of your advert. You are solely responsible for this.
• ...guaranteeing high performance, high traffic or high response rates to placed adverts.
• ...any loss of profit, costs, damages or legal expenses which may arise as result of using our services. By using this website, you are agreeing that you do so at your own risk.
• ...any breach of copyright within job advertisers or job seekers submitted data.
